Conference Housing Rates

Rates are assessed on a per-night, per-person basis for the following occupancy options:
  • Double occupancy: 2 people per room with 2 beds in the room
  • Single occupancy: 1 person per room with 2 beds in the room (the 2nd bed remains empty)
  • Private: 1 person per room with 1 bed in the room
  • Limited availability of apartment-style spaces

Rates are subject to change. Payment for all charges related to the conference must come from the conference sponsor AFTER the event. Payments will not be accepted for individual conference participants or sub-groups within the conference. Groups will typically receive an invoice for final billing within 7 business days after departure.
