September 17, 2025 - Modified section 5.2.5 to add "Compensation for Employees Required to Work During an Emergency Closing" policy.

August 25, 2025 - Modified section 2.3.4 adding 90 calendar day section to USA Health resignation policy.

August 12, 2025 - Modified section 6.3.2.2 related to USA Health parking permits to be in-line with the current USA Health policy.

June 5, 2024 - Entered change to section 5.2 Traditional Leave Program adding Lundi Gras - the Monday before Fat Tuesday - as a holiday for University General Division employees beginning March 3, 2025. 

June 12, 2023 - Entered change to section 2.4.1 ("Your Personnel File") to add,  "information contained within your personnel file may also be used by USA (and its applicable third-party vendors) to verify eligibility for hire, legal status to work in Federally funded healthcare programs and to meet other similar legal and regulatory verification requirements of USA."
